How to send your product to Polar Service
1. Pack the product carefully to avoid damage.
2. Include all parts of the Polar product (for example, transmitter with its belt and the training computer).
3. If the product is under warranty, enclose a copy of the proof of purchase.
4. Complete in full the following service form here.

Polar Service Procedure description
We recommend that all repairs and servicing be carried out by an authorized Polar Service Center. A standard tests are included free of charge.
Transmitter testing
1. Visual inspection
2. Transmission range check
3. Electrode conductivity check
4. A cleaning of the product, if necessary
Training computer testing
1. Visual inspection
2. Battery voltage check
3. Checking and cleaning of case contacts
4. Re-assembly (including seal renewal, if necessary)
5. Water resistance test
6. Operational tests
